In MediaWiki-Vagrant with 'timedmediahandler' role enabled, manually running
WebVideoJobRunner fails to actually run any jobs:
0 existing job runners, Check for new transcode jobs: nohup: redirecting
stderr to stdout
0 existing job runners, Check for new transcode jobs: nohup: redirecting
stderr to stdout
0 existing job runners, Check for new transcode jobs: nohup: redirecting
stderr to stdout
^ that 0 should change to 1 or 2 while things run, but it just stays at 0.
Haven't gone looking for error logs yet.
Workaround: run under Zend PHP (on MediaWiki-Vagrant, enable 'zend' role).
