Upon loading a simple page such as
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Media_Interface_VisualEditor_Test?veaction=edit
The contentEditable surface used to appear reliably in under ten seconds. Now
I am seeing 10+ second load times for about one page load of every three.
