Beginning from Mathoid 0.2.5. Mathoid depends on the node module jsdom.
jsdom depends on contextify, which is a binary module.
An approach to tackle this problem might be to use
https://github.com/mapbox/node-pre-gyp
The first task is to determine if there is an example on how to use
node-pre-gyp to distribute jsdom.
