Steps to Reproduce-
1> Go to Media Settings dialog and click on Insert drop down in the Caption
pane.
2> Select Media .Media search dialog opens. Select any picture.
3> Another Media Settings dialog pops.
4> Repeat steps 1,2 and 3. And there are multiple Media Settings dialogs
opened.
Expected –show the previously opened Media Settings dialog (i,e. the first
dialog instead of opening a new dialog every time the Insert-> Media, is
selected )
