If 'basic options' are the only options filled in (options checked when vote
attempted such as minimum edits, registered before, must not be blocked, must
not be blocked on too many attached wikis, must not be flagged as a bot).
To replicate:
Minimum edits: a number (I entered 5)
Registered before: a date (I entered 7/16/2014)
Check Must not be blocked
Check Must not be blocked by too many attached wikis (fill in threshold, I did
2)
Check Must not be flagged as a bot
Save configuration
Expected: Saves with those requirements for voters
Reality: There are problems with some of your input. error on top of page
