Simple patch for the interwiki.sql file.
After installing MediaWiki with a PostgreSQL database the Interwiki link for
Wikipedia is not created.
It seems the code that parses the interwiki.sql file when using PostgreSQL
doesn't support values which are separated with a comma+space character
combination.
