I'm testing VisualEditor on 1.23.1. Everything is OK except for inserting an
image. When you insert media, you can't use search function. The error message
is 'error":{"code":"readapidenied","info":"You need read permission to use this
module"}'. However if I set $wgGroupPermissions['*']['read'] = true, the
pictures will be shown.
