To reproduce go to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilfe:Bilder#SVG-Dateien and
click on the second thumb (that one with "Grün", "Schwarz", etc.).
Expected result: The full image is shown with German localization, just like
the thumb.
Actual result: The full image shows the default, i.e. English version.
