Error text returned by PHP when using Nuke extension with postgres
The latest Nuke extension (r66622) doesn't work with a postgres db. This
problem was originally reported in bug 23600 as a problem associated with
MW1.13. However, I have now confirmed this problem to be MW version
independent.
