Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert some reference
3.Save the oage
Observed Result:
The reference list is not appearing at the end of the page and the page gets
categorized as "Pages with missing reference list"
Also, if you added a group reference and did not add any reference list for
that , it wont show the cite error message until you refresh the page.
