Steps to reproduce:
* Load 'Cricket' article in English
* Hit 'Save' in menu
* Quickly click any link of an such as 'Paul Goodison'
Expected behavior:
* toast popup says "Save completed!"
* menu for the second article still shows option to Save, since it has not been
saved
Actual behavior:
* toast popup says "Save completed!"
* menu for the second article shows "Page saved", even though it has not been
saved
