Per suggestion at Bug 36763. Add a button for "Mark all revisions of this page
visited" on the history page. It is frequently unnecessary to actually open
the page to decide if any action is needed but the page still needs to be
opened to clear the highlighting. Sometimes it is clear that no action is
needed from the edit summary or the name of the editor who made the change.
