It's easy to respect https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Terms_of_use#7c , just add
a link to the source page in the edit summary of creation. (Preferably an
interwiki link, so that it's clickable, but if it's hard at least a full URL.)
None is seen in http://es.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/?oldid=6183 or
http://es.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Especial%3APáginasNuevas&namespace=2
Illegality of the tool blocks any enabling on actual projects, marking highest
priority. (Not "blocker" because unrelated work can continue in parallel,
though unusable until this bug is fixed.)
