Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Cite>Basic
3.Click on "Use an existing reference" button
4.Now resize down the window
Observed Result:
The "Use Existing Reference" dialog suddenly gets squished in and if I drag the
window to its original size it stays like that.
Now if you click on "Go Back" button the basic reference dialog also appears
that way
