applying changes, the image size changes but does not
get updated in the Media dialog until saving the page

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Go to the Advanced Settings and change the image size
4.Click on Apply changes
5.Reopen the Advanced Settings panel for that image again
Observed Result:
Observe that, the size values of the image are still showing the previous ones
, though the image actually got resized
If I save the page and reopen it and then check the Advanced Settings dialog ,
I see the updated values then.
