When doing an API call using sites & titles, the result doesnt distinguish
between a) missing title on the site, and b) the title on the site doesnt have
a corresponding wikibase_item.
i.e., both of the following only say 'missing'
http://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=wbgetentities&sites=enwiki&titles=Main_page
http://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=wbgetentities&sites=enwiki&titles=Test_page
I think the second result should include a warning.
