with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/147118 merged, the epp_redirect_target
column will need added to wb_entity_per_page table on Wikidata + testwikidata
once the relevant code gets deployed. (probably after Wikimania)
the schema change is in repo/includes/store/sql/AddEppRedirectTarget.sql in
Wikibase
We have a setting that allows the code to work without the column, so this
isn't urgent yet (besides the fact the code is not deployed yet).
