I enter this bug to ask for changing user group rights on es.wikipedia, as
decided on the local village pump
(https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Caf%C3%A9/Archivo/T%C3%A9cnica/Actual#Propuesta_para_activar_opciones_de_Registro_del_filtro_antiabusos).
The change should be giving "abusefilter-log-detail" right not only for sysops
(local "bibliotecarios"), but also for rollbackers (local "reversores") and for
patrollers (local "verificadores").
