Hi,
in a cleanly installed MediaWiki 1.15.3 instance, the help pages are missing
and the "Help" links all point to nonexistent pages.
Steps to reproduce:
* Install MediaWiki 1.15.3 using the webbased Wizard
* Klick on the "Help" link in the navigation pane
