On beta labs,
* make sure you're in Topics and Posts view
* choose a topic that isn't collapsed
* Close topic
* Then reload the page.
The closed topic appears white with "This topic closed by <USER>" and is
collapsed.
Now Reopen topic.
The closed topic redisplays gray. But it remains collapsed.
Expected behavior:
* In at least this circumstance (viewing topics and posts, topic wasn't
collapsed before), reopening a topic should expand it so you see its posts.
* For bonus points, have nice animation of expansion and transition from closed
white to normal gray.
