It seems there are per-wiki mobile styles which should be applied to page
content -- including fixups and overrides -- in [[MediaWiki:Mobile.css]].
Currently we're only fetching global MobileFrontend and MobileApp styles in the
apps, which includes our own magic overrides...
Things like bug 68354 (pie charts display incorrectly) should not require
special-casing for apps if we do this.
