Kozlowski <twkozlow...@gmail.com> --- I just tested this on Google Chrome 37.0.2062.20 beta-m (the newest Beta version of Chrome), and adding topics to my Watchlist works correctly, at least on MediaWiki.org where I tested it. (I am aware that my browser is hopelessly outdated, but I am unable to update it due to a number of different reasons.)
