The zoom-out effect we do when opening the ToC doesn't size/position the web
view correctly on iOS 8 beta; this has persisted through beta 4 and based on
searching around the Apple dev forums may be due to changes to Auto Layout
behavior to not apply constraints on views that have transforms applied.
I think we can fix it by manually setting the position of the web view, though
that feels a bit ugly.
