VisualEditor: in the saving dialog, the "Watch this page" box can move to the
next line with very large spacing between the lines. This happens in languages
where it's longer than it is in English.
For a demo see the screenshot (in Russian).
Possible solutions include:
* Putting these boxes on separate lines form the start.
* Making the line spacing smaller. This is a bit problematic, because the text
of the second box may appear under the second, and this may be confusing.
