In the Czech Wikipedia database, (at least) five broken entries in the page
table have appeared; they have page_namespace=0 and their page_title includes
the namespace prefix:

564999 0 Diskuse_s_wikipedistou:93.99.63.255
565026 0 Diskuse_s_wikipedistou:Acci
565055 0 Diskuse_s_wikipedistou:Oskarman

(“Diskuse_s_wikipedistou” is a namespace title of NS_USER_TALK, {{ns:3}}.)
This causes various problems, e.g. these pages appear at
http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:UncategorizedPages
I guess the cause of the problem was some unsynced configuration, this
namespace prefix has been introduced quite recently.
