This is a feature request, not a bug.
1. Go to an file without an free licence on an wiki with EDP policy. - example:
[[w:is:Mynd:Vörumerki Símans.png]]
2. View the file in MultimediaViewer.
3. Next to the file name I would like to see an logo for an licence with the
text "No-Commercial use only" next to it. (mentioning Fair use here would not
be ideal, since it is specific to US and Ukraine).
