1. Make a change to a page on en.wiki and click review changes form the save
dialog
2. Close the save dialog and make another change, go back to the review changes
page
Observe that only your first change is visible. The same is true if you submit
the change.
This does not happen on my local wiki where I don't have pre-save caching
enabled, so presumably it has something to do with that.
