Created attachment 16042
  --> https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=16042&action=edit
Debug system log text (if useful)

When I use good faith revert, the edit was rolled back but in the edit summary
it gave the wrong user who had not edited the article (but which I reverted for
some other edit that they did on another article.)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Revert one vandalism edit. (Not sure if this is a prerequisite but this is
how I did it)
2. Good faith revert one edit.
3. Good faith one other edit, result is the same username from original good
faith revert.
