Currently, when the orange comment icon is clicked, we see only the first few
words of the comment.

To read the whole comment, we have to click again, which takes us to the edit
view. You shouldn't have to launch the editor just to read the whole text.

The little popup that comes up when you first click the icon (I've lost track
of VE jargon, sorry) should show the entire comment text, over multiple lines
if necessary, and preferably in black or a darker gray.
