It happens semi-regularly that LocalisationUpdate bugs for Wikimedia projects
end up in the wrong queue. For sure they're rather scattered:

It would IMHO be useful if they had a more specific component than just
"General/Unknown", also to have correct CCs by default. The recently created
"Deployment systems" component sounds about right given name+description
("Tools to deploy code on Wikimedia servers / cluster") and owners (ops and
platform), but it would need new CCs and a description addition like "including
l10nupdate specific to Wikimedia, as opposed to generic MediaWiki extensions >
LocalisationUpdate".
Alternatively, a new component could be created (:|) or "Language setup" may be
reused as name (it's not very busy nowadays, but would need drastic changes in
description and maintainers).
