Wikipedia is like a e-book reader, the most of the time the user read a page
(before he edit/create one (hopefully) ;)), so it's possible, that the screen
goes off faster as the user scrolls down/up. Maybe it's possible to add a
configuration setting, to change the duration time before the screen goes off
when the Wikipedia app is the app, the user use atm?
