Steps-
1> Open a page in VE.
2> Insert ->Media.
3>Select to add a media file. Opens the Media Settings dialog.
4>Now click on “Alternative Text”, with cursor in this input field. Select to
insert a Comment or Special Character or a link.
5> Notice that the inspectors open up in the Alternative text input field (see
screenshots), but when entered they do show up in the Caption pane.
