Toolserver geohack page gives lately for most requests Error 400 Bad Request.
Then after refresh, or several refreshes, it serves the needed page. But
sometimes it serves page after first request.

For example
http://stable.toolserver.org/geohack/geohack.php?pagename=T%C3%A4rkma_ohvritamm&language=et&params=58.70321_N_22.60218_E_region:EE_type:landmark
and other coordinate links used in Estonian Wikipedia.
