Text for Special:Cite translated into Japanese
The current Special:Cite is not translated into Japanese.
Even when $wgLanguageCode = "ja", the texts shown in Special:Cite remains in
English.
Attached file provides the missing Japanese translations.
Just put it into the extension's directory as 'cite_text-ja'.
