See attached screenshot. It happened when playback finished. The audio file in
question is Pierre_Gaveaux_-_Polacca_from_the_opera_Le_Trompeur_Trompé.ogg on
Commons (opened from the
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Potd/2010-06 page). It looks like it
expected a video file? Also, there is an encoding issue with the title.
