This just appeared as of a couple hours ago:
1. Go into VE edit mode on beta labs
2. Select a word and tap link inspector icon in toolbar
3. Tap done to make the word a link
4. When you return to the article in edit mode, you're no longer able to scroll
the content or tap in to drop the cursor anywhere. All you can do is save,
reopen the link inspector, or abandon changes.
