The message "Bad request" / "unknown function
SpecialUpload::ajaxGetExistsWarning" is thrown on "Special:Upload" when a user
uploads a file, however uploading still works.
I have found this thread on the net [1], but the bottom line seems to be that
no bug was opened for this to date.
Since setting parameter "$wgUploadSizeWarning" has caused various trouble over
time in the past I will not be surprised if this is somehow involved in this
issue.
