Currently, {{LOCALTIME}} on hr.wiktionary and hr.wikiquote shows the same as
{{CURRENTTIME}}, i.e. UTC. Can you please change it to CET/CEST, to match the
local time on hr.wikipedia and other hr projects? Thanks.
