           Summary: Disable Skype toolbar
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: User interface
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

The Skype browser toolbar (which tries to get installed whenever one installs
Skype) has the annoying tendency of transforming whatever it guesses to be
phone numbers into Skype call buttons. In the Hungarian localization (where
groups of digits are delimited by space) that means pretty much all numbers
which have the right length. There is a meta tag to switch off this behavior,
which should be added to MediaWiki pages, at least for the localizations which
are affected worst:

<meta name="SKYPE_TOOLBAR" content="SKYPE_TOOLBAR_PARSER_COMPATIBLE" />
