Mantle, Flow, Echo and MobileFrontend all make use of a Makefile with various
useful tools such as qunit test runner, phpunit test runner etc.
Sadly they all maintain exact duplicate files.
Juliusz suggested we should break these out into a submodule.
Filing under Mantle as not obvious where to track this :)
