Summary: Zooming in results in decreased proportions between
toolbar and "reading field"
Product: Wikimedia
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: General/Unknown

Hi!
First, I just have to say that I'm a huge fan of Wikipedia, and as soon as I
get my hands on some money, I'm gonna make donations (currently a student..:P)
Congratulation with your new appearance. I like the new look of wikipedia, but
there is something I miss. It would have been great to have the possibility to
minimize the toolbar on the left. Cause when one zoom in in a browser (firefox,
opera++) the margin is fixed and the toolbar expand proportional to the rest.
The result is a toolbar that covers more and more of the field. This serves no
purpose, and greatly reduce the comfort of reading the article. I don't know if
this is just a problem in Opera, but I suspect that firefox has the same issue.
Sincerely yours,
Jonas Woll Jørandli
