Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit an article
2. Click to open the Special Characters menu then immediately click to open the
Help menu.
RESULT: the loading graphic next to Special Characters remains displayed.
Observed in Firefox 3.6.3 on Mac OS 10.6.2
