In MS Word, OO Write and Google, if you select a text and add quotation marks,
it inserts quotation marks around selected text. That would be expected from
VE.
Steps to reproduce. Texted in FF 31.0, FF 31.0 safe mode, FF 31.0 logg out,
Google Chrome 36.0.1985.125 m:
1) Go to this page: https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waze
2) Click on Edit
3) Select the string Wejz
4) Click on Insert > Special Character > Symboly > „“
5) Selected text disappear
