Wikibase uses class aliases in some places and hhvm does not always work
properly with those when used in interfaces or abstract classes.
a patch was made and merged into hhvm:
https://github.com/facebook/hhvm/issues/2527
please make sure this fix is in the mediawiki hhvm package and then we can
confirm if the issue is fixed or not.
