Running replace.py with a db-dump from nnwiki now just hangs.
If I hit ctrl-c it seems to gather some pages and handle them OK, but I do not
seem to get it to complete the whole XML file.
I reverted to the commit below - and then everything works fine.

The above is my commit - just wanted to make sure that I didn't introduce this.
So it might be fruitful to look at changes coming in after this one.
