Some input fields in the GUI installer/updater no longer have a default value
as they used to: On page=DBConnect in the MySQL settings the default for
"Database host" (used to be localhost) and "Database name" (used to be my_wiki)
are missing. You now have to enter them manually. This might be caused by
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/142472 (at least this seems to be the only
change that does something with defaults, and occurred since my last update
with defaults still present).
