Pages linking to page via first appearance of <categorytree> (so it is present
in HTML source, not those included later via AJAX) are not shown in
Special:WhatLinksHere.
This is confusing behavior, because people are used to the fact that if any
page links directly (= it is in HTML and not dynamically loaded) to some other
page, the WhatLinksHere list contains those linking pages.
