After a discusion a consensus is reached and the community on nowiki wants to
increase $wgAutoConfirmAge to 7 and $wgAutoConfirmCount to 20.
That is in the file mf-config/InitialiseSettings.php and in the array named
'wgAutoConfirmAge' insert
'nowiki' => 7, // bug (bugnum still unknown)
and in the array named 'wgAutoConfirmCount' insert
'nowiki' => 20, // bug (bugnum still unknown)
