Hello, please add "botadmin" user group on fa.wikipedia with the following
rights per community consensus (see URL):
block, delete, editprotected, ipblock-exempt, mergehistory, protect, undelete
Botadmin user group should be able to add/remove user rights like sysops.
Bureaucrats should be able to add/remove this group (botadmin).
