This isn't really true: you can close the box. With the box open (and movable), you can *see* the content on the page, but you still can't edit it. When you've got a dialog box open, but all your typing ends up on the page underneath the box, then we call that a bug. The problem here is that (depending on the size of the box and the exact location of your cursor when you open it), what you need to *see* on the page might be covered up by the box.
